In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Assistant in managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing store operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and handling customer complaints.,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and organizing merchandise.,Assist with the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the store.,Assist with the training and development of new staff members.,Support the Shop Assistant in achieving the store's sales targets and objectives.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
