📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for factory employees.
• Manage performance evaluations and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with management to address workforce planning and training needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the food processing industry is a significant advantage.
