📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize production processes using tools like SAP and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
• Facilitate communication with international partners using Mandarin, ensuring project alignment and timelines are met.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations in medical device manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or equivalent).
• Familiarity with SAP, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quality management systems like ISO 13485.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
