DRIFT Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Sidoarjo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to take on a leadership role within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and processed efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.,Promote sales and upsell products to customers to meet or exceed sales targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.,Train and develop new shop assistants to ensure high levels of customer service.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
