PT Otoman Karya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and objectives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Lead and manage a team of training officers to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Report on training outcomes and provide insights to support organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a leadership role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.,Excellent organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
