📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of our restaurants and hospitality outlets, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Support the implementation of operational procedures and protocols to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Work with QuickBooks and SAP to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in operations management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions to support the company's marketing and sales objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or operations role (internships or part-time work will be considered).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
