Hokian Hana Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bakery in Belawan, ensuring high-quality products, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This is a remote position with occasional visits to the location.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
