📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns.,Promoting bakery products and new offerings to customers.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability.,Assisting in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Providing regular sales reports to the management team.,Collaborating with the marketing team to support sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of the bakery industry is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
