📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
  • Conducting regular financial analysis and providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Overseeing the payroll process, including ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior accountants.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
