📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pediatric department, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.,Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative and operational efficiency in the pediatric department.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.,Provide leadership and support to administrative and support staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices in pediatric care and administration.,Represent the hospital at relevant meetings, conferences, and events to promote the institution's mission and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, guidelines, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using administrative and operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
