📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing processes,Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment,Oversee budgeting and cost control to optimize resource utilization and maximize profitability,Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members to develop their skills and capabilities,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and management roles in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards,Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
