📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Manage inventory and ensure product availability.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
