📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in the planning and scheduling of training activities.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.,Assist in the organization of workshops, seminars, and other learning events.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in the recruitment and selection of trainers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the learning and development field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
