📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our premium facilities in Bali’s most dynamic locations.
• Manage a team of facility managers, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high standards of quality.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to implement new systems and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to facility management staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in building administration.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team of facility managers.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and BIM 360 is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
