📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and optimal patient care.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Nursing, Public Health, Medical Technology).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong understanding of healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is a plus.,Certifications in relevant healthcare areas are a plus.,Professional and compassionate attitude towards patient care and team management.
