📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Support the HR Director in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Director in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.,Support the HR Director in managing the performance management system.,Assist in the development and implementation of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR Director in managing the employee records and information system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and information systems.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
