📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to the Audit Committee and senior management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to identify and mitigate risks.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control systems and compliance requirements.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control systems, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
