📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.
  • Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor vehicle locations and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Handle vehicle inspections and ensure they meet safety and compliance standards.
  • Manage vehicle documentation, including licenses, insurance, and registration.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.
  • Provide reports and updates to management on fleet performance and any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all fleet operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
