PT Harapan Inovasi is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opening for a talented individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
