HSSE Officer (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, training our workforce on safety procedures, and developing and implementing safety policies and procedures. You will also work closely with our project managers and site supervisors to ensure that all safety measures are effectively implemented on our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) policies and procedures.
• Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor and report on workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and investigate their root causes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety into all aspects of project planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain safety management systems, including risk assessments, safety plans, and emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and insurance providers, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
