📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
