📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure optimal display and availability,Promote products and services to potential customers both in-store and online,Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the store manager,Assist in training and mentoring new team members,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
