📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire audit process, from planning to execution and reporting.,Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues identified during audits.,Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors to ensure consistent audit standards.,Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
