📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
