📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
