📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of mining activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Lead a team of mining professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and analyze mining data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and implement measures to mitigate environmental impact.
• Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the mining group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, communities, and local authorities, to build strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
• Represent PT Global Mineral Resources in industry forums and conferences, promoting our commitment to responsible mining practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Mining Group President or equivalent role in large-scale mining operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Certifications in mining safety and environmental management are a plus.
