Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and execute competitive programs, ensuring they align with Stripe's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement competitive strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure program success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, competitive intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful programs and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the fintech industry.
