📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive product adoption and customer growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educators, and parents.,Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and drive performance.,Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.,Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect the latest features and benefits of our products.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry.,Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving targets.,Strong understanding of educational technology and the ability to communicate its value to stakeholders.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
