Design and oversee the development of sustainable coastal projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.,Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for coastal development projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental scientists, and local communities, to develop and implement project plans.,Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in coastal development and sustainable architecture.,Participate in community engagement activities to ensure that project benefits are shared equitably.,Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in coastal development and sustainable architecture.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering coastal development projects.,Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable development principles.,Proficiency in using architectural and design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and practices in coastal development, particularly in the Bangka Belitung Islands.
