📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Manage and maintain all fleet-related documentation and records.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
