📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer locations to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections using DebtTrack CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with the collections team to resolve complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve collection processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using DebtTrack CRM system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
