📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and creativity.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for breakfast and lunch services.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and follow all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
