📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them towards the perfect Hongqi vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Drive sales of high-end vehicles by leveraging your expertise and market knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury automotive industry.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and promotions to showcase the Hongqi brand.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury automotive market and Hongqi brand.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
