As a Material Hardness Tester & Marker, you'll play a crucial role in our quality assurance process. Your daily tasks will involve conducting hardness tests using advanced equipment such as Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers hardness testers. You'll also be responsible for marking and documenting test results, ensuring compliance with industry standards and our internal quality protocols.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct hardness tests on machined components using Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers hardness testers.
- Mark and document test results with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
- Collaborate with the QA team to maintain and improve quality control processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of hardness testing equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
- Generate reports and data analysis to support quality assurance decisions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardness testing and quality assurance.
- Certification in hardness testing (e.g., ASM International, AWS) is a plus.
- Proficient in using Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers hardness testers.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
