As an Operations Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and assist with client communications, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with the scheduling and coordination of neurofeedback and therapy sessions.
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and document management using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Support client communications, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups via email and phone.
• Manage and maintain the center’s inventory and supplies.
• Assist with the organization of team meetings and training sessions.
• Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other administrative documents.
• Provide general support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with neurofeedback and wellness therapy concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
