📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage production processes to ensure adherence to Japanese manufacturing standards and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer requirements and operational targets.
• Conduct regular production audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive operational excellence and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO, JIS, and other relevant certifications.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the medical equipment or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing production teams.
• Deep understanding of Japanese manufacturing standards, including JIS, ISO, and other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control software, such as SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
